We cannot ue the region europe-west4 : API request error: "europe-west4" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-620d6e5e536d/locations/europe-west4/repositories/test123". This lead to the second point being blocked I believe because I had to chose another region
