When I want to open https://ide-service-dabr2xiiwq-uk.a.run.app I get following error and cannot proceed (a reload did not work): An unexpected error occurred that requires a reload of this page. The workbench failed to connect to the server (Error: WebSocket close with status code 1006) Same error after trying a few days later.

In step 4-2, there is a procedure to "[Click Add Project]. When prompted to enter the project name, use the project ID from the dropdown menu." However, when I started the lab and logged into https://console.firebase.google.com/, a project with the project ID (qwiklabs-gcp-00-e53e904a4cc2) had already been created.
