I encountered errors when running the notebook but found the following workaround: 1. Define an environmental variable `NLTK_DATA` as `os.environ["NLTK_DATA"] = "/home/jupyter/nltk_data"` 2. Manually download the following two corpora from NLTK (https://www.nltk.org/nltk_data/) to local and then upload to the NLTK_DATA accordingly: `punkt_tab`, `averaged_perceptron_tagger_eng`.

A lot of things have to be reconfigured before it works, and in the end you'll have to resolve SSL issues for some reason. The recent NLTK CVE conundrum didn't help things as well.
