Frontend for the GCP load balancer is not accessible, receives ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Changed to 3 as the lab is now working.

Even though everything seems alright, the website can't be accessible. Through my observations, apache2 only listens for ipv6 connections. That might be causing the problem.
