The time window in the Logs Explorer is on a different timezone, and initially made me think data wasn't being included. Additionally, to prevent caching, I had to open a new session after making the deny rule to actually get denied. However, these hiccups forced critical thinking about the problem/situation, so they're not so bad to me.
