It's done, but many people lost valuable time and money due to the inconvenience of the lab, and Google is now smug, not paying attention to the reality that many SEs have gone to other clouds because of their decision to make GCP unusable. The support team is a part-time group, so they only think about themselves. That is Google's corporate culture.

impossible to verify steps where we need to Scan the application

Both steps of the web scanning were completed 2x and still did not show the completion in the "Check my progress" - both times the vulnerabilities were detected as expected, but the check did not reflect the progress. I had a chat with support and they acknowledge this is an issue... will need to show this completed AND get the credits back here for the labs wasted.
