There is an error in the instructions. On Step 12. If present, delete Starting URL 2. You have to have something in that field in order to save and continue one. I just copied the field in 'Starting URL 1' and that worked. I had some issues with on of the VM's, but re-doing it fixed it. Might have been me on that one though.
