said i didn't have access and on the last part, it started saying to wait a few minutes due to an error??? I only had a few minutes left. i have to restart this whole lab. I went to customer service and they just to find our i need to purchase a plan for help when i already subscriped to this????

This doesn't exist and I can't finish the Lab Challenge: Enable logging Enable logging for the remaining firewall rules limit-ports (the rule you created in a previous task) and default-allow-internal.

In the Section to add logging to the firewall rules, you have to MAKE SURE that the 'Metadata' fields are turned OFF to pass. This is not pointed out anywhere.
