I don't understand why this lab has not been fixed or removed from the course. It seems like the "provisioning" issue has been ongoing for months at this point.

after weeks still not possible to do (did never start so far), just a carrot preventing block (beginners certificate after 5 courses); would fix or warn before approaching attempt, costs lab credits, this should be enough for a reason
