lab provisioning has taken almost 30 minutes still does lab open soo i closed the lab, really its a huge technical issue when we are learning

lab does not start. The message always says allocating resources and it makes us wait for more than 15 minutes show the same message again

Have not been able able to open this lab for the past 3 weeks. Now I cannot complete the course I love so much because my free entry expires. Something must be done because I am not the only person having this bad experience.
