Have not been able able to open this lab for the past 3 weeks. Now I cannot complete the course I love so much because my free entry expires. Something must be done because I am not the only person having this bad experience.

after weeks still not possible to do (did never start so far), just a carrot preventing block (beginners certificate after 5 courses); would fix or warn before approaching attempt, costs lab credits, this should be enough for a reason

It never loaded It said it was provisioning the lab and stayed that way for 3 hours. The clock never started counting down.
