Great lab, but wish more time was spent talking about infra choices/options and less on deployment process.

great run through, there were a few areas the lab prompts were wrong; I think the main thing is that this took 45 minutes to get to "hello world" -- and I am a proficient and skilled cloud developer and google cloud professional data engineer; that means I had 15 minutes to actually listen to the presenter

setup for the lab takes too much time. It makes it difficult to actually experiment with the code. The lab time could/should be increased to 2 hours.

The credential didn't work and while seeing/stepping through all the setup steps, which are extensive, it didn't teach anything about actually building RAG apps. This was a configuration lab. When a lab has this many steps, each representing a potential error point for new user, it's easy to get derailed and end up with nothing to show for the time. An improvement would be to have the environment pre-built and then focus on how to build RAG apps.
