I worked on this lab earlier and it was working fine. Now I don't see Baseline Model 2.0 is not getting populated at all. Because of this, I am not able to complete the lab. Please look into this and if possible return back my credits wasted for this lab.

Following instructions in lab doesn't help with completing the lab

Needs to be updated. Baseline_model_v2 for Agent Assist Summarization was not available when creating a conversation profile. Instead, a baseline_model_v2 needed to be created and attached to the conversation profile.
